BDR Solutions, LLC (BDR) was awarded the prime contract on the Veteran   Enterprises Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR)   multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle under Service Groups 2 (Analyses) and 5 (Logistics), awarded by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). VECTOR is a $25 billion MA-IDIQ contract to support the VA’s business transformation initiatives. The scope of VECTOR encompasses a wide range of professional services, including program and project management, strategic planning, performance measurement, data analytics, logistics and supply chain management, training development and delivery, outreach and communications support, and information technology solutions. Task orders under VECTOR are primarily focused on supporting the VA's mission to improve services for veterans across healthcare, benefits, and memorial affairs.

Task order values on VECTOR range from under $100,000 to over $80 million, with   durations typically spanning 1-5 years. The majority of task orders are set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Common scopes include strategic communications support, data analytics and quality assurance services, training development, and logistics capability   improvements. The VA is the primary funding agency, with task order work performed across various VA facilities nationwide, as well as contractor locations.
