Dynamic Government Resources, LLC (DGR)— a joint-venture (JV) between BDR Solutions, LLC (BDR) and Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) — was awarded a prime contract on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology-Next Generation (T4NG) vehicle 2, a $22B enterprise contract   solution, which is a follow-on to T4NG. It spans a wide range of Information Technology (IT) and Health IT services, including program management and strategic planning, systems and software engineering, enterprise networks, cyber security, and operations and maintenance.
