Dynamic Government Resources, LLC (DGR)— a joint-venture (JV) between BDR Solutions, LLC (BDR) and Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) — was awarded a prime contract on GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC.

GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC enables our Government customers to access DGR’s IT services and solutions. The federal government can buy cost-effective, innovative solutions for information technology (IT) requirements through GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC using the already established labor category prices.

The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) – a/k/a “STARS III”, is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) services and IT services-based solutions. STARS III Master Contract awards are reserved exclusively for qualifying Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) prime contractors with competitive prices.
